COMPLIANCE – INSPECTION – BASELINE DATA – CERTIFICATION
Our dedicated team specialise in third party compliance inspections and certification.
Our QBCC licensed team is committed to ensuring your project’s fire containment design addresses buildability and remains compliant with Local Legislation, Requirements, Australian Standards and the National Construction Code.
To avoid costly rectifications, we recommend investing in pre-planning to ensure the fire compliance of your project.
Our certification team will work with your quality assurance team, subcontractors, building certifier, and fire engineer up front to ensure everything is installed and commissioned correctly the first time avoiding costly rectifications and damaged reputations.
By completing a pre-start review of selected fire stopping systems and implementing a boots on the ground inspection program to identify defects and rectifying non-compliant works as they occur, you can ensure compliance and a smooth handover of your project.
Digital Delivery of Baseline Data & Certification Documentation – All passive fire installations in a building must be documented and certified as complying with the Queensland Building Fire Safety Regulations 2008. Baseline Data is necessary to establish the performance benchmark of the fire protection system or equipment.
Once completed, it becomes a simplified process to have the works certified with a required Form 12.
This will in turn ensure AS1851 inspections are simplified for the lifetime of the building. Baseline Data should be updated with upgrades and renovation works when carried out.
