Our qualified and licensed team can advise you on your requirements and prepare a comprehensive plan for your building. All testing, repairs, installation and certification are conducted in accordance with the Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards and local Legislative requirements.
Inspection
Available for both newly constructed and existing buildings.
A visual examination of components of a Fire Door System is conducted to establish correct settings, physical condition and fitness for purpose.
Once an inspection has been conducted a comprehensive report detailing the current condition of the building’s System will be issued.
Inglis Fire & Safety will advise of any repairs or replacements that are required and will issue a quotation to conduct maintenance work.
Our QBCC licensed team is experienced in inspecting newly assembled and existing Fire door systems.
Maintenance
We offer a maintenance and testing service to ensure systems are fit for purpose.
Australian Standard AS1851 sets out the mandatory requirements for the service of Fire Protection Systems and Equipment.
Depending on the particular type of Fire Door Set or System, routine servicing on a 3 monthly, 6 monthly and 12 monthly basis is required.

installation
We offer Fire Door Installation as part of our service package.
It is a requirement in Queensland that a QBCC licensed person or company installs and certifies fire door sets.
The Building Code of Australia requires that all Fire Doors be installed in accordance with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 1905.1.2005.
Our service guarantees that the Fire Door Installation satisfies the Australian Standard.
