When another severe weather event occurred in February 2022 severe rain and flood event impacted numerous building assets, one of them being Suncorp Stadium also known by Lang Park and The Cauldron. Being the home to numerous Sporting Teams Brisbane Broncos, Queensland Reds, Brisbane Roar and the Queensland State of Origin Side. Also the hosting venue to numerous entertainment events such as concerts.

Extensive flood damage to the lower western side of the grandstand impacting multiple facilities within the stadium. Home & Away Change Rooms and Warm Up Areas, Referee & Ball Person Change Rooms, Police & Security Muster Locations, Press Conference Room, Toilets and Common areas. 

With over 170 Doors requiring remediation works Inglis Fire and Safety were engaged to complete the following. Which was streamed lined due to works programs needing to be programmed around a multiple of sporting and entertainment events.

• Site Measure & Inspection – Digitally imaging meant 99% of works required were completed offsite
• Supply of Fire Rated Doors  
• Supply of Non Rated Doors  
• Supply of Replacement Door Hardware & Seals
• Offsite Factory Painting of Doors – Digitally imaged doors were painted offsite ready for a fast and smooth onsite installation. 
• Installation
• Certification of Replacement Fire Door Sets – Certification to AS1905 Standards
